There is a special therapy dog making people around Wisconsin feel a lot better. Oscar, the 6-year old Dachshund and his owner Robin Douglas as they provide therapy and joy for people in the area.

But what makes Oscar really special is his ability to look great in any costume. People who don't feel great or are having a bad day see Oscar in his adorable costumes and instantly their day is made better.
